How can I pay?
We accept most major credit/debit cards though PayPal. A PayPal account is not required.
Do I have to pay to register?
No. Registration is free.
Is it expensive to sell or auction items?
Not at all. Our fees are very reasonable and some features and actions are free. Please see our Site Fees section
What Countries are served by this website?
We are world wide. There are several major world languages available for the site to be translated into from English. More will be added in the future. Also, various world currencies are able to be selected as well.
What is a "verified account" exactly?
A verified account is a simple way to show you're a legitimate buyer, seller or store operator. A nominal yearly fee of $15.00 USD and additional information about you is collected. Your account then displays that it is a verified account. Basically, it shows you are a serious member of our site.
Can I just post a item for sale without running an auction for it?
Yes. You can post an item as a classified ad if you like.
Is shipping easy to set up?
Yes very much so! Shipping options are integrated with all user accounts. You can offer a number shipping options with delivery cost estimates for a buyer or even provide an option to pick up.
If I sign up for your newsletter will I be inundated with emails from you?
Absolutely not! Our newsletter is for the functionality of our site. Primarily, items such as privacy policy, terms and conditions changes or maintenance notifications are sent out. It is used sparingly as a marketing tool.
What about selling downloadable digital items?
Yes all user accounts have the ability to post digital media products for download.
What if I don't see a category I need?
Just contact us and request a new category to be added for you.
Can I link my social media on my account, page or store?
Yes. All user accounts have options to link your social media if you like. We do the same on our site. Come visit us!
Do I have to post an image of an item I have for sale or auction?
Yes. An item or product must include at least one image.
Can I upload my company logo?
Yes. There is a dedicated feature in every user account to post your company logo on your page, store and invoices.
Are there words or phrases that are not allowed to be posted?
Yes. We have a filter that that won't allow certain words and phrases to be displayed. They're, of course, a number of curse and racist words and phrases that are set in the filter.
May I sell adult related items?
Yes there is an "Adult" section available behind a splash page. Illegal or highly questionable adult content or products will result in an account suspension and investigation. Material that involves underage persons, sex trafficking or the like will result in a report to and full cooperation with Law Enforcement.
Please note that Adult Categories will never be available for browsing in the main page or in the Search feature. To find adult items please go to the Browse section or Choose Category option.

How do I change my email address?
For customer account security we do not allow change of email address, if you need to use an alternative email address please create a new account.
